SPC Flooring Production Line

SPC Flooring Production Line includes processes such as raw material mixing, extrusion, UV coating, slitting and grovving, and packing.  

This SPC flooring extrusion line has a high capacity, with an hourly output of 1200-2000 kg/hour and a daily output of 30-60 tons/24 hours. Maishck’s independently designed five-roll calender improves the peel strength between the PVC film and the SPC base material, resulting in a longer product lifespan.

We also provide EIR system.
