The Acrylic/PC sheet production line continuously manufactures high-quality Acrylic/PC sheets. PMMA/PC granules are melted and plasticized by the single-screw extruder, extruded through the T-die, then calendered, cooled, hauled off, and cut by the high-precision cutting system to produce high-gloss, flat Acrylic/PC sheets.

- Uniform plasticization, tight thickness tolerance, bubble & scratch-free sheet with high light transmittance.
- Three rollers with a high-precision mirror finish. Independent temperature control and drive, or synchronous control.
- Thickness: 0.8 – 8 mm, customizable width; available in transparent, frosted, and colored types.
- Automatic feeding, melt pressure monitoring, and fixed-length cutting; easy operation.
