PVC Soffit Panel Production Line is a complete extrusion plant built for continuous manufacturing of PVC eave soffit panels. This turnkey line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, T-Die, Two-roll calender, Calibrator, Calibration table, Haul off and cutter, Stacker, ensuring homogeneous plasticization, accurate shaping and stable long-run production. Different profile dies enable the line to produce ventilated perforated soffit panels, solid soffit panels and matching accessories. The whole system runs reliably with easy operation. The end PVC soffit panels have great flexibility, waterproof, and anti-rotten features, and are widely used for roof eave finishing in construction. Customized machine configuration and ASA/PVC co-extrusion modules are available.
