Equipped with a conical twin-screw extruder, Calibration table, Haul off and cutter unit, and stacker, the line achieves stable plasticization, precise dimensional control, and continuous production. By changing different moulds, the line can produce window frames, window sashes, mullions, baseboards, and other decorative profiles. The finished UPVC profiles are characterized by strong weather resistance, low thermal conductivity, and excellent mechanical properties, making them widely used in the construction industry. Custom configurations and co-extrusion options are available.
