WPC Louver production line is a high-efficiency extrusion system specifically designed for the production of WPC Louver panel. Equipped with a conical twin-screw extruder, Calibration table, Haul off and cutter unit, and stacker, the line achieves stable plasticization, precise dimensional control, and continuous production. By changing different moulds, the line can produce different shapes of louver panels. The finished WPC louvers are characterized by strong weather resistance, waterproof & moisture-proof properties, and excellent anti-termite performance, making them widely used in architectural shading and interior decoration. Custom configurations and ASA co-extrusion options are available.
